Top 4 star hotel in Warwickshire with over 200 bedrooms are currently looking for a Training Manager. You will report in to the HR Manager and be responsible for managing all aspects of training within the hotel. You will need to establish training plans and structure for all departments, support HOD`s with staff training and actively promote and encourage NVQ`s and other formal qualifications. This is a newly created position so a successful candidate will have to have a passion for the hospitality industry and also thrive on providing 1st class training and development for all staff.
